退款政策
KindPack Pouch supplies businesses. All products are manufactured to order — printed with your artwork, in your structure and size. This policy reflects that.
Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before artwork approval and before production begins. Any artwork or sampling costs already incurred are payable.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled — the material has been printed and cannot be resold.
If something is wrong with your order
We will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at kindpackpouch@gmail.com with your order number, the affected quantity, the batch or structure reference, and photographs.
Where the fault is ours — wrong structure, wrong dimensions, wrong or missing print, defective seals — we will, at our option, rework, replace or credit the affected quantity. We do not require you to return the goods unless we ask for samples.
What is not covered

Artwork errors that were visible on the proof you approved.

Wrong fill weight, size or material specified by you.

Pack performance with a product we were not told about (oil content, sharp edges, high-temperature filling, etc.).

Normal production variation: colour within the proof tolerance, and dimensions within ±3% of the agreed specification.

Damage or deterioration after delivery, or storage outside the conditions we specify.
Refunds
Because every order is made to your specification, we issue credit or rework rather than cash refunds wherever the goods can be corrected. A refund is issued only where neither rework nor replacement is possible, and is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods.
Cancellation by us
In the rare case we cannot complete an order, we will refund all amounts paid for the undelivered portion.
