服务条款

These terms apply to all quotations, orders and sales by KindPack Pouch ("we", "us"), a flexible packaging manufacturer in Dongguan, China. Full registered entity details are available on request and appear on your proforma invoice. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes, not as a consumer.

Quotations and pricing

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of freight, duties and taxes.

  • Prices are quoted per piece against a stated quantity. Quantity, structure, size, material, printing method or finishing changes will require re-quotation.

  • Minimum order quantity: 500 pcs on the digital print route; 20,000 pcs on the gravure route. Individual structures may carry a higher first-run minimum, which we state on the quotation.

Orders and payment

  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 40% deposit to start production, balance before shipment. Orders under USD 2,000 are payable in full upfront.

  • Production begins only after the deposit is received and artwork is approved in writing.

  • Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

  • Bank charges, intermediary fees and currency conversion costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Artwork, proofs and intellectual property

  • Colour proofs and structure drawings form part of the order. You are responsible for checking them — approval authorises us to print exactly what was approved.

  • You confirm you own or are licensed to use all artwork, logos and text you supply, and that our use of them does not infringe any third party's rights. You indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you supply.

  • We do not reuse, resell or display your artwork or your finished packaging without your written permission. We will not supply your structure or artwork to another customer.

  • Printing plates, cylinders and dies made for your order remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing, but are dedicated to your artwork.

Colour and tolerances

  • Printing is matched to an approved proof, not to any on-screen preview. Screens cannot represent press colour.

  • Reasonable variation between production runs is normal and is not a defect. We will state the tolerance on the order confirmation where colour is critical.

  • Sizes and weights stated in this store are nominal and confirmed against your fill weight and bulk density before tooling.

Regulatory claims

We will supply the food-contact documentation we hold for the materials used on your order. Where a recyclability, recycled-content or compostability claim is not substantiated for your structure, we will not print that claim, and we will tell you so before production. Responsibility for the wording you place on the pack in your market remains yours.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the invoiced value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost profit, recall costs or shelf-space penalties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, port congestion, customs action, epidemic controls or carrier failure. We will notify you promptly and agree a revised schedule.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dongguan, Guangdong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
