KindPack Pouch ships worldwide from Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Orders are manufactured to specification, so shipping is quoted per project rather than as a flat rate.

Production and dispatch

  • Sample lead time: 10–15 days after artwork confirmation.

  • Production lead time: 25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Complex structures or peak season may extend this; we confirm the date on the order confirmation.

  • Dispatch is from our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Freight

  • Freight is quoted separately and is not included in the unit price. We will quote air, sea and express options on request, or ship on your nominated forwarder account.

  • Unless agreed otherwise, goods are sold FOB or FCA China (port or airport nominated at quote). Risk passes to you at that point per the applicable Incoterm.

  • For sea freight we can supply palletised or floor-loaded containers. For sea shipments we will confirm the CBM and total weight on the packing list before dispatch.

Duties, taxes and clearance

  • Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and any other charges at destination are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. Quoted prices exclude these.

  • Unless we agree in writing to a DDP arrangement, you are the importer of record in your country.

  • Please confirm any required labelling, importer-of-record marking, or food-contact declarations for your market before production. We will supply the documentation we hold; we cannot advise on your local regulatory obligations.

Tracking

Tracking details are issued when your goods are dispatched. Where you order through this store, tracking will be added to your order and emailed to you.

Delivery problems

Report shortage or transit damage within 14 days of delivery, with photographs of the cartons and the goods. Where the cause is transit under an arrangement we booked, we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
