About this structure
Raw and high-fat pet food releases gas, and this pouch is built around that problem. A one-way degassing valve sits on a reinforced patch and lets pressure escape without letting air back in, which keeps the product stable and the pack flat on the shelf. The film and sealant are specified in a bio-based PE direction so the structure stays mono-material, and foil and metallic inks are excluded for the same reason. A low-set zipper keeps a full fill below the seal so the pouch still reseals cleanly after opening. Duties & taxes are not included in quoted prices.
