About this structure
PourMate replaces the jar for liquid toppers. A welded rigid spout with a tamper-evident screw cap lets the customer pour a measured stream over kibble without a funnel or a spoon, then reseal without drips. The shoulder seal is reinforced for handling at 1 L, and the clear fill-level strip makes remaining volume visible. A watercolor meadow palette supports a gentle, natural positioning for broth, pumpkin puree and gravy toppers. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-005 - Mono-PP Spout Pouch for Wet Food and Gravy Toppers - on the basis of structure-first match: welded rigid spout with screw cap for a liquid fill. The family design direction is: Specify a PP film and a PP spout fitment so the pouch body and the only rigid component share one polymer family; keep the ink load low and water-based; avoid aluminium foil and metallised layers that a wet-fill barrier would otherwise invite; and design the pouch so the cap can later be specified as a compatibly sized standard fitment.
