About this structure
LoopCycle replaces the usual mixed laminate with a same-family polymer build, so the pouch body and zipper do not need to be separated before disposal. The front panel includes a dedicated recycling-education icon block that walks the customer through store drop-off habits, which is what most North American retailers ask for in a packaging scorecard submission. Geometric prism graphics keep an eco story looking modern rather than rustic. Any recyclability claim is subject to confirmation before it appears on pack. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-001 - Mono-PE Single-Stream Stand-Up Doypack - on the basis of exact structural match: mono-material stand-up doypack, which is the defining feature of this family. The family design direction is: Mono-material PE only, with no mixed polymer layers, so the pack can stay in one film stream; water-based inks; solvent-free lamination; source reduction by downgauging; a PCR content direction; and a zipper from the same PE family so the closure does not contaminate the stream.
