About this structure
LitterLift is designed around weight and dust. An integrated side handle lets the customer shift a 40 lb bag from cart to car to closet without tearing a corner, and a wide horizontal tear strip opens the bag cleanly so it can be poured rather than scooped by hand. A scuff-resistant finish keeps the print clean through pallet and cart friction. Coastal navy and sea-glass graphics differentiate the pack in an aisle dominated by bright primary colors. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-003 - PCR Quad-Seal Bulk Kibble Bag - on the basis of structure-first match: heavy large-format bag with handle and tear strip; the litter fill is carried as an application variant of the bulk family. The family design direction is: Keep the structure mono-material PE so the bag stays in one stream, and push recycled content into the layers where it can be validated rather than claiming a headline percentage; downgauge the corner seals for source reduction; water-based inks; solvent-free lamination; and a handle patch specified in the same polymer family.
