About this structure
FreshVent exists because some products keep working after they are packed. A welded one-way valve releases carbon dioxide produced by fermentation or fresh processing, so the pouch does not swell into a pillow that distorts the print and consumes pallet space. Meanwhile the valve blocks outside oxygen, protecting aroma and fats. A gloss ring printed around the valve turns an engineering detail into a visible freshness cue, and desert canyon graphics suit earthy, craft-processed product lines. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-004 - Bio-Based Mono-PE Valve Pouch for Raw and Freeze-Dried Food - on the basis of exact structural match: stand-up pouch with a one-way degassing valve.
