About this structure
MailerDoy separates two jobs that usually get merged. The outer tear strip opens the shipping parcel cleanly, and an inner zipper handles pantry resealing, so the customer is not cutting into the food pack with scissors or tearing the closure track. The slim format is sized to parcel cube to reduce dimensional-weight charges, and the matte surface resists scuffing and adhesive label marking in transit. Street-art stencil graphics make the unboxing moment feel like part of the brand. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-001 - Mono-PE Single-Stream Stand-Up Doypack - on the basis of structure-first match: stand-up doypack with a bottom gusset; the tear strip and inner zipper are closure variants. The family design direction is: Mono-material PE only, with no mixed polymer layers, so the pack can stay in one film stream; water-based inks; solvent-free lamination; source reduction by downgauging; a PCR content direction; and a zipper from the same PE family so the closure does not contaminate the stream.
