About this structure
SnapTab answers the most common cat-owner complaint about resealable bags: fiddly zipper starts. A molded pull-tab zipper profile opens with one pull and closes with a simple press, which keeps the reorder rate high and the aroma complaints low. The deep indigo body with a cold-foil constellation pattern signals a nighttime cat-care positioning, and the matte varnish band gives a soft hand-feel against the gloss body. Sized for 1 lb trial through 6 lb household formats. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-001 - Mono-PE Single-Stream Stand-Up Doypack - on the basis of structure-first match: stand-up doypack body with a bottom gusset; the pull-tab zipper is carried as a closure variant of the family. The family design direction is: Mono-material PE only, with no mixed polymer layers, so the pack can stay in one film stream; water-based inks; solvent-free lamination; source reduction by downgauging; a PCR content direction; and a zipper from the same PE family so the closure does not contaminate the stream.
