About this structure
CrossBase is the classic feed bag, engineered to stand. A cross-bottom construction opens into a flat base so a 20 lb bag sits stably on a store floor or in a barn rather than flopping over and spilling. Multi-wall kraft with a food-grade liner carries the traditional quality cues bird and small-animal owners look for, and a printed reclose strip makes partial use practical. A quilted craft print pattern adds a tactile visual texture without heavy ink coverage. In the rebuilt 36-SKU green matrix this product is re-homed to parameter family KP-ECO-002 - Paper-First Repulpable Flat-Bottom Pouch - on the basis of structure-first match: cross-bottom (block-bottom) multi-wall paper bag, carried into the paper-first family. The family design direction is: Maximise the fibre share and keep the liner as thin as the barrier requirement allows; use a water-based or dispersion barrier coating instead of a full plastic layer where possible; avoid foil, metallised film and plastic windows; keep the closure either paper-compatible or a single small PE part so fibre recovery is not blocked.
